Terms of service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of traderscasa.com, the Traders Casa application, and related products, communications and services (together, the “Service”). These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of Traders Casa (“Traders Casa”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service for a business or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation, and “you” includes that organisation.
The Service
Traders Casa provides trading-strategy backtesting, charting, journalling, analytics, live-trade record keeping, optional broker sync, AI-assisted tools, educational content, customer support and related features. Some features are free and others require a Basic, Pro or other paid plan. Features, usage limits, historical-data availability and plan descriptions shown at checkout or in the Service form part of these Terms.
The Service is a research and record-keeping tool. It is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, financial adviser, fiduciary, signal provider or trade-execution service. We do not hold or manage your trading funds and broker sync does not authorise us to place trades.
No financial advice and trading risk
Nothing in the Service, including analytics, backtests, educational material, AI output, support messages or WhatsApp accountability check-ins, is financial, investment, tax, legal or other professional advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any instrument. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
Trading foreign exchange, contracts for difference, digital assets and other leveraged or speculative instruments involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of all or more than your initial capital. Historical and backtested results are hypothetical, may be affected by data quality, modelling assumptions, spreads, slippage, fees, liquidity and execution conditions, and do not predict future performance. You must independently verify information before relying on it.
Your account
You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your password, email account, authentication links and devices. You must tell us promptly at contactus@traderscasa.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your account is personal unless we expressly provide a team or organisation feature. You may not sell, transfer, share or rent access. When you ask for support, we may offer a time-limited support-access link. Only authorise access if you requested or expect it, and revoke or report unexpected access immediately.
Subscriptions, billing and renewals
Paid plans are billed in advance at the price, currency and interval shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added. Payments are processed by Stripe and the payment methods Stripe makes available, which may include card and PayPal. You authorise us and our payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the initial purchase and each renewal.
Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew for the same interval until cancelled, unless checkout clearly says otherwise. The renewal price is the price disclosed when you subscribe, as adjusted following any valid price-change notice. A discount applies only for the stated period. We will give notice of material price changes as required by law, and the new price will apply to a future renewal rather than a completed billing period.
Trials and introductory offers
A free or reduced-price trial may require an upfront trial fee and will convert automatically to the paid plan, at the price and date displayed at checkout, unless you cancel before conversion. Trial eligibility and duration may be limited by account, person, household or payment method. We may refuse or end a trial where we reasonably believe it is being abused, without removing rights already required by law.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we or Stripe may retry the payment and send reminders. We may limit paid features, pause or downgrade the account while an amount remains overdue. You remain responsible for valid charges incurred before cancellation.
Cancellation and refunds
You can turn off automatic renewal through Settings, the billing portal, or by contacting us. Unless the law or a specific offer says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and you keep access until then. Cancelling does not automatically delete your Traders Casa account or its content.
Except where required by law or stated in a specific offer, fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not provide partial refunds or credits for an unused part of a billing period. If checkout, an offer page or a written promotion promises a longer money-back period, including a 30-day guarantee, that specific promise applies to the qualifying purchase and overrides the shorter general rule to the extent of any conflict.
If you are a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation or cooling-off rights. For UK and European consumers, a right to cancel may generally apply for 14 days, subject to the rules for services and digital content. If you ask us to begin supplying the Service during a cooling-off period, the law may permit a proportionate deduction for service already supplied or may affect the cancellation right for digital content once supply begins with the acknowledgements required by law. Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory refund or cancellation right.
WhatsApp accountability check-ins
Eligible paid users may opt in to receive optional WhatsApp accountability check-ins based on their Traders Casa activity. The stated frequency of roughly one or two messages per week is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee. Availability, eligibility and frequency may change, and the feature may be suspended or withdrawn.
Check-ins and replies may be drafted, personalised or sent using automation and artificial intelligence, with human review or intervention where appropriate. References to “Sofia” describe the accountability and customer-success service and do not mean that every message was personally written or sent by the named person. Messages are not financial advice, trade signals, emergency support or a substitute for professional advice.
You must provide a WhatsApp number that belongs to you or that you are authorised to use. Meta's and WhatsApp's terms, policies and availability also apply. Message and data rates may apply. Do not send card details, broker passwords, financial account numbers, government identifiers or other sensitive information through WhatsApp. You may opt out through Traders Casa settings, an available one-tap control, by replying with a clear request such as “Stop”, or by contacting us.
AI-assisted features
AI-assisted features may process your prompts, code, selected account activity or messages through third-party model providers. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, outdated or unsuitable. You must review and test output before using it, particularly generated indicator code, and you use it at your own risk.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit any code, content or information to an AI feature. Do not submit confidential credentials, personal information about another person without authority, or material whose processing would infringe a third party's rights. AI output may not be unique, and another user may receive similar output. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that output is protectable by intellectual-property rights or free of third-party claims.
Broker sync and imported data
Broker sync is optional. You must use only your own account and, where supported, provide an investor or read-only credential rather than a credential that permits trading or withdrawals. You authorise Traders Casa and its broker-connection infrastructure to use the connection details solely to retrieve and synchronise authorised account information.
Broker and platform availability, formats and data may change without our control. Syncs can be delayed, duplicated, incomplete or unavailable. You must compare imported information with the broker's official records and promptly correct discrepancies. Disconnecting broker sync stops future retrieval but does not automatically delete data already imported into your journal.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create or upload, including strategies, notes, screenshots, trades, chart content and code (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, transmit, display and adapt User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support and improve the Service, comply with law and exercise our rights under these Terms. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for copies lawfully retained in backups, de-identified data, and records we must keep.
You promise that you have all rights and permissions needed for User Content and that it does not violate law, confidentiality obligations or another person's intellectual-property, privacy or other rights. The Service is private by default unless a feature clearly allows you to publish or share content and you choose to do so.
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
Acceptable use
You must not, and must not help anyone else to:
- use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, deceptively or to cause harm;
- access another person's account, broker connection, content or data without authority;
- probe, bypass or interfere with security, access controls, rate limits, plan limits or technical restrictions;
- introduce malware, overload infrastructure, scrape at unreasonable volume, or use bots or automation except through an interface we expressly permit;
- reverse engineer, decompile, copy, frame, mirror, resell or create a competing service from protected parts of the Service, except where law does not allow that restriction;
- remove ownership notices, infringe rights, upload unlawful or harmful material, or collect information about others without a lawful basis;
- use the Service or its output to provide unauthorised financial services, manipulate markets, evade broker or platform rules, or facilitate illegal trading activity; or
- misrepresent an affiliation with Traders Casa or use our name, marks or content without permission.
Our intellectual property
The Service, software, design, databases, documentation, branding and materials supplied by Traders Casa are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal or internal business trading research. No other rights are transferred.
Third-party services and links
The Service relies on or links to third parties, which may include TradingView, market-data providers, Stripe, PayPal, Google, OpenAI, Meta, WhatsApp, Cloudinary, Rewardful, email providers, brokers and broker-connection services. Their terms and privacy notices may apply. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their independent acts, content, decisions, outages or changes, although this does not exclude responsibility that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Service changes, availability and beta features
We may maintain, update, replace or discontinue features to improve security, comply with law, respond to third-party changes or develop the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available access. We will use reasonable care in providing paid digital services and will give reasonable notice of a material adverse change where practicable or legally required.
Features labelled beta, preview, experimental or similar are still under development and may be less reliable. You should keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, non-payment, illegal activity, material breach, abuse, harm to other users or third-party requirements. We may terminate an account for a material breach that is not capable of remedy or that you do not remedy after reasonable notice, unless immediate action is reasonably necessary.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute terms and records required by law. Account termination and deletion are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its output are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that data, analytics, backtests, AI output or third-party content will be accurate, complete, current, secure or fit for a particular trading strategy or result. We do not promise profits, loss avoidance, improved performance or any particular outcome.
Nothing in these Terms excludes terms, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of obligations that cannot lawfully be limited, or any other liability that the law does not permit us to exclude.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, caused by information or instructions you supplied, avoidable through reasonable action, or a business loss. Because the Service is supplied for personal use, we have no liability to a consumer for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity or business interruption.
If you use the Service for business purposes, then, to the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings or data, or trading loss; and (b) our total aggregate liability arising from the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of £100 and the fees you paid to Traders Casa for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for trading decisions or losses, market movements, broker actions, the accuracy of third-party market data, or a failure of a broker, exchange, payment provider, messaging network or other independent third party.
Indemnity for business use
If you use the Service for business purposes, you will indemnify Traders Casa and its personnel against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your User Content, your infringement of another person's rights, or your material breach of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our breach or negligence. Nothing in this section imposes an indemnity on a consumer beyond what applicable law permits.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, security requirements or business practices. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. For a material change affecting an existing paid subscription, we will provide reasonable advance notice where required. Changes do not remove rights that have already accrued. If you do not accept a material change, you must stop using the Service and may cancel before it takes effect.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms and non-contractual disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protection provided by the law of the country where you live and may bring proceedings in any court available to you under applicable consumer law. If you use the Service for business purposes, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using a statutory regulator, ombudsman or dispute process where available.
General terms
If part of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining terms will continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a reorganisation, financing or sale of the Service, provided this does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the checkout information and any specific written offer terms form the entire agreement about the Service and replace earlier discussions about the same subject. If specific offer terms conflict with these Terms, the specific terms control for that offer.
